They are the Japan oldest and pioneer brand of Katsuobushi in Japan.

Katsuobusi needs fungi to make the quality higher. HONGARE is made with the highest quality procedure, i.e. the process of fungus molding 4 times, and it has the lowest water content for the top quality result.

How to eat:
Just add Katsuobushi as topping for tofu, okonomiyaki, takoyaki, yakisoba, boiled vegetables, miso soup and other Japanese dishes.

Keep away from the humidity and pests.
