Can I return an item?
Unless the products are incorrectly shipped or arrived broken, we do not allow any returns.
How should I return or exchange an item?
If we agree with the return or exchange, you must return the item within 7 days from such agreement. All the shipping costs will be paid by the shopper ant the shipping method has to be by air.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days from the receipt by email or using the special contact form for Return/Exchange. If we agree the return, please return the item within 7 days from such agreement is confirmed in its original condition for a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
