Kenkyuu no Shiro is adopted for tea ceremony by Kenninji, the oldest zen temple at Gion, Kyoto which is known internationally by Fujin Raijin (The Wind and Thunder Gods) signboards. Tsujiri is also the old tea shop but innovative and popular among young people.
Gion Tsujiri: Established in 1860 at Uji where is the famous place of tea producing region of Kyoto. In 1948, they moved to Gion and has a relationship with Kenniji temple. They have only 3 shops including tea room in Kyoto and 2 shops in Tokyo.

Instruction of Use:
Put half scoop of tea spoon (2g) into ceramic tea ceremony bowl with hot water and stir well with bamboo whisk (It is better to sift).
*Store in cool place, away from heat and humidity.
